10. AI Output Disclaimer and User Responsibility

Some services include AI-assisted content generation, including resume, cover-letter, and interview preparation outputs. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and editing all generated content before relying on it or sharing it with any third party. DoubleA Consulting does not guarantee the correctness, suitability, legal compliance, or outcome of AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoubleA Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

12. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoubleA Consulting and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your misuse of the services, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of law or third- party rights, or (d) your reliance on, publication of, or use of AI-generated output without appropriate verification.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services where reasonably necessary, including for breach of these Terms, security concerns, or legal compliance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
